A good menu of choices, good service, and fair prices, a small side house salad with entree included would be nice. We got entreees but we're definitely going to go back for pizza! The atmosphere says family Italian but they don't offer table-sized shared portions like spaghetti, salad or antipasto. Vodka sauce, meatballs and desserts are amazing! Menu is hard to read.

Don't have it delivered... cold...can't reheat unless you got an oven...taste like marie calenders 2 shells no pasta 12$???Thd bread was dry and the only added side. Save your money and buy it at Publix when it's BOGO

Alright, let's talk about Il Forno Italian Restaurant. We hit up the Northside location, and honestly, the service alone was worth the trip. The entire staff seemed to be on the same team, hustling around and helping each other out. We kicked things off with the bruschetta. It was a good warm-up, you know? It did its job, but it wasn't the main event. Then our waitress, who clearly has taste buds from the heavens, recommended the chicken parmesan pizza. Guys, this pizza was a game-changer. My taste buds weren't just dancing, they were doing a full-on conga line. We innocently asked if we could share it, and she said it was 12 inches, so we both got one. Turns out, that thing is a full meal and a half. We definitely could have split it and been perfectly happy. Rookie mistake. Luckily, we left just enough room for the grand finale: the brown sugar bourbon cheesecake. The waitress told us it comes from some legendary "cheesecake lady at Plant City," and let me tell you, this dessert delivered. It was the perfect ending and absolutely did not disappoint. Located in the north lakeland, this restaurant is quite loud. The staff's eagerness to help was overwhelming, but we got seated and ordered drinks without any issues. As first-time customers, we were a bit taken aback by the pace. The buffalo chicken pizza was decent, and the crust was excellent. We also ordered mussels, which were in a spaghetti sauce rather than a tomato broth, and while they weren't bad, they were different from what we expected. My wife had the eggplant Parmesan, which was a bit of a disappointment, as was huge yet lacked flavor. Despite this, we were willing to give the restaurant another chance. The prices were reasonable for the amount of food we received. If you’re looking for Italian food in the area, this restaurant is worth a visit. There's plenty of parking available, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible, accepting cash and credit cards.

Everything was delicious, even the pizza . I would definitely come back again here and would take the drive ,100/10. Penne rustica was the best ,everything tasted fresh. Carrot cheesecake was delicious. Chicken parm was flavorful in every bite.
